A Day In The Life Of Me (Winter 2021)

I did this kind of post in summer and this is what I do every school day this winter:

Wake up time for me is between 6:00 and 6:30

Bible time before breakfast

My younger sister makes breakfast and I help her out

Breakfast time!

I clean up breakfast while the other kids are doing chores outside.

Ha ha! Note the clock: these pictures were not taken for the correct time!

Then I have enough time to do my math....not necessarily at my desk....

This is what we call Group School. I will explain what it is in my next post. It was very hard to get this picture because we were so spread out! It is a great time to get different quiet projects done: sewing, drawing, playing with Lego - ha! - the latter is not so quiet....

I make lunch after that - this picture was not taken at the right time either!

My blog work and German studies are both done on the computer

This book - called Why You Say It - is what I am doing now for English.

I play piano on Mondays

Guitar on Tuesdays

And ukulele on Wednesdays

After I am done my school, I have about an hour to read whatever I

want, work on sewing, or do another projects in the later afternoon.

At 3:30 it is my job to wake the two little girls, feed them snacks and read them a book.

Before supper I have a job in the kitchen

Supper. Hmm....I'm not sure about that boy....

In the evening we do one or more of the following: watching a movie, listen to dad

read a book, play a game together, go skating on our river, or we all do our own thing.

For me, my own thing is usually reading or writing letters.

I go to bed between 9:30 and 10:00
