Fall Decorations

I have to admit: this post is not even close to what I wanted it to look like. This is my first attempt at really decorating our front step and parts of our house with fall themed decorations, but I had a high standard for myself (pictures from the internet) that I could not match. This was a learning experience, and hopefully next year will prove to be better!

Corn stocks from our own garden.

I bought these leaves from Dollarama, and put them up with tape and string.

Pumpkins from our own garden.

For some reason the fall colours seem more vibrant this year, and the leaves stayed on the trees longer.

Every good

There is no better way to end this post then with some pumpkin spice cake!

Just kidding. Our family has never made it; they are eating some sort of caramel cake.
